Testicular Pain

I'm 18 and my right testicle has been hurting for a month whereas my left for almost a week. They also hanged lower and shrank at the same time the pain started. I believe i somehow injured/stretched them one by one while masturbating since i didn't change my habits even after the first injury. I haven't seen any improvements all this time. My sexual drive has also considerably lowered. The first doctor i went to was only for the right testicle so he suspected a torsion but that obviously wasn't the case so he recommended an ultrasound. I did an ultrasound on my testicles and kidneys. They said that the pain is coming from the kidneys and that it has to do with working out and sitting down. They said i should get some painkillers, rest and avoid awkward sitting positions. The painkillers have no effect and i am almost 100% sure its an injury at this point, like i described earlier.

What should I do? Is there anything that can even be done? Is it not an injury after all and I'm just second guessing too much? I am pretty desperate since i have not seen any improvements(in both appearance and pain) and the pain has been stressing me out a lot and killing all my productivity.

    Hi guys,

I have had testicular pain since i was 17years, now I'm 26years so approximately 9years of living in pain. In the beginning of this pain I took pain killers like ibuprofen for months and it never helped. This pain is usually dull ache in both testicles. I don't wear jeans or any tight trousers, I even avoid wearing boxers because of this pain. The pain has been constant 24/7 for 9 years. I can't sit down for more than 1 hour and I feel demotivated in doing anything. I live in Hungary and the medical system here has no idea about testicular pain. I have been trying to find where i'd get help within Europe . I've read Microsurgical denervation of the spermatic cord. I think this procedure might work for me but I have no idea where to get it done within neighbouring European country (apart from UK).

    Hi

Both of you guys need a strong antibiotic for at least one month dose. Only Doctor will tell which antibiotic required. Hidden infection is suspected caused by unprotected sex .

Mr. bright Turkey or Russia may be good choice.

Hey, Alot of people are suffering from chronic testicular/scrotal pain and usually get little or no help. Especially being this young it really affect everything you do. I'd advice you to go see a Proper Urologist. There are some medications that can help but just for a while. Medications like gabapentin or carbamazepine these are neuroleptics that suppreses pain signal. Another is to get proper diagnosis from the doctor and try spermatic cord nerve block or microsurgical denervation of the spermatic cord. these two procedures have good outcome for patients suffering from testicular pain. they alleviate pain in 90% of the patients with no harmful effect on your sex organ or childbearing ability because they cut the signal going from your injured testicles to the brain. I have had this pain for 9years trust me it was difficult to deal with, I'm about to have my surgery nextmonth. It took me such a long time to find help and I know how you are suffering thats why I'm giving you this advice.
