Testicular Pain after Arousal

I am a 23 year old male. I have noticed that when I spent a long period of time with my girlfriend, after I will get really bad pain in my balls. I thought it was blue balls, but the pain gets extreme and masturbating helps but it usually takes a couple hours to go away. My doctor thought it was my varicocele veins and he performed two surgery's to remove the varicocele but I still have the problem. I have noticed that taking anti-inflamitories seems to help prevent the pain so I know its an inflamation of some kind. I am wondering if maybe I am having issues with an inflamed epididymis? Has anyone else ever had problems like this? As long as I don't spend long periods of time when I am aroused, I never really have any problems.

    why long time? R u using lycodine or Stud containing benzene. if you are using discontinue asap it's dangerous. Stop when you discharge naturally, or

    otherwise pain is eminent.
