Testicular Pain and an Enlarged Prostate (BPH)

Does anyone who has testicular pain also know if they have an enlarged prostate? In particular, did anyone develop their testicular pain after a procedure for their BPH or after starting to take BPH drugs?

I had a varicocele embolization in the hope that it would reduce my prostate size and keep it from growing but it didn't do that. Meanwhile I developed severe testicular pain after the procedure and have been living on pain killers and antibiotics ever since.
