Testicular pain for 6 months

the pain started about 6 months ago.Sometimes it is a dull ache,other times i could touch them and they will hurt.I have had 2 urine tests,one found a tiny amount of blood whilst the other found nothing.I have had an ultrasound and nothing unusual was found.I have been prescribed some sort of tablets which did nothing.

i am 16 and for a long time i have always thought the worst of situations.And right now i am fearing my testicle pain will last forever and also will stop me from having kids in the future

any help on what my problem could be?
