Testicule problems

Please I need help. I'm scared. I don't know what to do anymore. My world is closing in around me. Ever since I can remember I've had these kind of bumpy worm like bumps on my left testicle, from the top of the testicle and on the back of the testical. I just tried to ignore them all my life and hoped they'd go away. They do not spread, or get worse or smaller. You can easily see them to the naked eye (unless my testicles are shriveled). They cause me no pain. My left testicle hangs lower than the right. I've had some testicle pain recently, it got so bad that I had no choice but to face my fevers and see the doctor. He did an examination on my testicals (you can only see the lumps when my scrotum is loose). I was dripping with sweat waiting for him to tell me I had cancer but to my relief he never even noticed the lumps?! As my scrotum was really tight due to a UTI. He told me my testicals were all good and Told me the pain I had was just a UTI and wasn't cancer.....(I never told him about the lumps I have and I know people will judge me but please, you do stupid things when you're scared out of your mind and I just couldn't bare to find out what it was). varicocele grade 3 Is what I believe I have. I've googled the images of varicocele and they are exactly the same. Can someone please help me. I have no energy left, I'm sick of worrying. I just want this nightmare to end. Please anyone. I have no one to turn to and it's just ruing my life. It's took me all my life to finally confess this. Please, anyone.

You do also have an epididymis at the back which is a collection of tubes.

Unless something is causing you serious bother then don't worry.

Cancer isn't usually painful but you get growth inside and the testicle can become hard.

If you are really worried a second examination is worthwhile or pay for a private ultrasound.

Thank you Ouchy. I took your advice and after keeping this a secret for 21 long years, I took a trip to the doctors today to have my said testical checked. I was friggin nervous as hell, I just imagined him taking a glance at my bumpy looking bollock, tutting, and telling me this isn't a good sign. But no, he wasn't concerned one bit! I couldn't belIeve it! He told me it was totally normal and it was simply swelling in the veins. (I can't remember exactly what he said, as my anxiety was through the roof with nerves). He reassured me it was NOT cancer. He checked my testicals and told me they were both in a great condition. I just can't get my head round it. My friggin testical is covered in these bumpy vein like swelling bumps, and he's telling me everything is fine and it's totally normally. It looks like something you see on a horror film. But I guess he's a professional for a reason.

Getting things checked out is for the best.

As said it's normal but these things can make you worry. Cancer is usually within the testicle and it is hard constantly and will steadily grow.
