HAVE NOT BEEN GETTING EMAILS FROM THE GROUP TESTING TO SEE SINCE THIS FORUM IS SO BENEFICIAL FOR THISE OF US WHO HAVE PMR

    hi Poupe...this forum's notifications seem to be kinda a crapshoot right now!

    I think almost ALL of us have experienced problems over the past few weeks.

    I'll just give you the advice Eileen gave me....at top of each new discussion, tap on "follow" and you SHOULD get notifications!

    Good luck....I agree, this forum is sooo valuable!

    I had the same problem but I posted something similar to your post and I eventually started to receive emails. I now seem to be in the loop. I reported it myself and Eileen also reported it for me. We have not been alone but it is frustrating. Once the emails start again they continue. I hope it is fixed soon for you.

    I've reported it - lots of people have been affected but it isn't everyone and isn't over the same amount of time.

    As Lynda has said - YOU have to be proactive too. You will get a notification of a new post if that is what you have logged up for, but for the rest of the replies you have to do something!

    Funny how everyone is upset by this. I actually chose never to get emails about notifications as they fill up my mail box. So much easier just to go to notifications on this page.

    Hi Poupe,

    Your email address was showing as blocked so as mentioned in another thread I have removed the report so your emails should now be ok.

    If you ever have this issue again you should receive a link on your notification page that you can use to remove the block status. Alternatively either Private Message me or Report a post using the "Other" option to send us a message.
