Testing feelings

Posted , 7 users are following.

one of the problems with depression, anxiety, panic etc. is

you keep checking how you feeling . is the meds working etc.

Try and break this cycle, pull your mind back to what your doing or your saying or listening to conversation.

when you feel your mind wondering off, pull it back to the now, the cycle will break, keep busy, not rushing around doing choires but a hobby

I know its hard but dont give in.

All of you out there are stronger than you think, we are just the sensitives carrying a gene that gets triggered by circumstances

Every time you say Im down

There is something inside you

Says Im not done yet

Get Up

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE

CHIN UP.

Your notion of pulling the wandering mind back is a good one. I like that. It's also a basic tenet in closed-focus meditation.

    Yes! Great post!

Honestly the meaning behind my name on here is for a reason 'grounded' meaning that I was in a constant state of checking myself to see how I was feeling, I was doing this so much and pulling myself back down to think of something else aka grounding myself.

    Thanks for the post! 😃
