I've had a prostectomy where alot of the prostate was remove. It was not cancer.
Has anybody tried testostorin supplements to improve ejaculation. I can still ejaculate but very little if any semen comes out.

Hi Marky_Mark,
I had my non-cancerous prostate shelled out like you would an avocado because it was enormous (Simple Robotic Prostatectomy for a 269g prostate). The lobes and nerve bundles are still intact. I get erections and have orgasms, but nothing comes out. When cleaning up I can milked a little fluid out. With the prostate "gutted" so to speak, I do not believe there is anything left to produce fluid from the gland. Plus, had a vasectomy decades ago.
Not sure what you have left (if anything) to produce any kind of fluid?

Semen is comprised mostly of fluid secreted by the seminal vesicles.
These are not removed by a simple prostatectomy, turp or holep.

Yeah, that's my description too. Thanks so much for your response Dave? I guess we'll have to be satisfied to be healthy.....

Mark - You are welcome. Yes, health is always important, but let's also be thankful that we can pee without issue, and in my case, I do not need any medication for anything. Once the ugliness of BPH hits you, you have to give up something to get your normal back. In August it will be 2-years since my procedure. I could not be happier with my new (and improved) normal after suffering with BPH issues (i.e. full retention, etc.).
Best to you.
Dave

If supplements worked there would be no need for urology surgery.
