Hello, my name is Ran, I'm a 30 yo male.

I’m suffering from chronic cluster headache since I was 19 years old.

I'm taking Verapamil for the last 3 years, 480 mg daily dose.

I'm inquiring regarding my testosterone levels.

For the last 18 months my testosterone levels increased rapidly.

My testosterone level through my adult life was around 16 nmol/L,

Now and through the last year my testosterone is near 50 nmol/L

My Androstenedione levels increased as well 3.5 ng/mL

shbg: 70 nmol\L .progesterone 0.8nmol.

normal cortisol. normal LH. FSH

I did countless tests including:

Brain MRI

CT of kidney

Testicular ultrasound

ACTH test

My symptoms include mood changes, increased muscles mass, insomnia, hair loss and thick body hair. also my cluster is still not controlled.

I went to a few endocrinologists. No one helped to solve the problem

I would extremely appreciate any opinion regarding this matter. if anyone got an advice or a method of treatment I should try – please, please share.

Thank you!

I’m assuming you havn’t been injecting test.

Why did they do these investigations in the first place?
