Tetanus shot day after Injury

Will the tetanus shot work day after injury?. I scratched my self off a piece of metal at about 2 oclock afternoon 2 days ago. The next day I went to the doctors and got a shot round about 11 oclock in the morning. Will the shot work? Because today. My left side feels tense (just below my armpit) and my jaw feels tense and ive also had mini spasm in my leg. The cut wasnt big but i was thinking these symptoms are caused by anxiety because ive been stressing iver this for so long.

Stop googling the symptoms and you'll get on fine, worst thing you can ever do
