so nice to know that people on this forum actually understand what I'm going through. I've had people say to me its only vertigo you'll get over it but one episode of vertigo can cause days or even weeks of feeling dizzy and unsteady then there's the anxiety that comes with it. its comforting to know i have this forum expecially at a time like this so a big thank you for everyone's support and advice. stay safe.
