hi, just like to thank you all for the replies and encouraging words with lots of advice, it's good to know that there are alternatives out there. I've decided to give the mtx a go and started them late on Friday night.  So far the only side effects have been a bit more than usual itchy legs 😳 also I spent yesterday feeling a bit sick and  generally off my food but deffinately no where  near as bad as I was imagining.  Fingers crossed that this is going to work and one day soon i can get back to jogging and Pilates 🌾

hello sue, you may be surprized and not get any side effects or hardly any. My experience with this is it took about 6 months to work and i just suffer mouth ulcers mainly but i do find the day after taking it can wipe me out, literally!! sometimes i have to lay on the sofa or sleep all day but this is far better than the extreme intense pain of r/a. good lucky buddy xx
