The best feeling in the world Margaret is just what it is, and congrats on your reduction to 8.5mg. Stick with it and very slowly as you say. Dave

Congratulations, Margaret. It's a very special time and difficult to find words to cover it. Each stage is wonderful. We love all the stages. You'll be walking on air at the moment which will help with any pain!!

Congratulations Margaret. My eldest daughter had her second son two weeks ago today. She had him at home in the pool and I was the first to see his face as he was delivered! It was a wonderful experience and I was so proud of her. My son in law didn't want to be anywhere near the business end!

I am also decreasing my pred dose, one day I take 20mg and on the alternate day I take 15mg so I'm hoping this works.

      Hi Mags,

You're scaring me about the wine😬.  We are going to Italy the end of the month and will be enjoying their great wines and pasta🍷🍝.   PMR will love that I'm sure😉.  Will try and be good but this is likely our only visit to Italy since it is our retirement treat so we'll want to enjoy it all.    I will be at 8mg and will stay there until we stop travelling.

      More hugs,  Diana🌸

Oh Diana well done, still going for 8.5mg apart from niggles doing well so far, of course had to wet the babys head(just two glasses), but back to the diet, I hope you have a lovely holiday, were in Italy are you going, we did a cruise a few years back for our 40th wedding anniversary and loved it, the vativan was more beautiful than i thought. The people were lovely as well.

Lots of hugs and you take care. Mags x

      Hi Mags,

We are in Rome for 3 days then go toSiena to rent a car to tour the hillside towns (and wineries🍷). We have rented a room in one of the very old restored farmhouses for 6 days. Can't wait for that!!  Then not sure where next but would like to see Venice and a few of the northern cities as well as Cinque Terre and down to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast.  Our first trip to Europe so we're very excited👏👏.  We decided to get one way tickets so I can take a break when I need it.

Take care of yourself and slow and steady with the pred.  As long as you've got those niggles you might want to stay where you are for a bit.  This patience thing is a real pain but will get us there in the end.

      Hugs, Diana🌸
