Totally agree, I have had so much help and advice. It has kept me one step ahead and often given much needed reassurance.    Thanks for the many hours some of you spend keeping us all sane. A great new year with fewer pills all round !

I echo everything that Lizfor said.  There have been so many times this past year that I marvelled at the generosity of the regular contributors on this forum.  In particular, I thank Eileen. Her immense knowledge of PMR and GCA has helped SO many. This past summer I had the opportunity to meet her when she and her OH travelled to Canada.  She never fails to read each and every post and that is quite the accomplishment! Actually it's a full time job without pay.

Merry Christmas All. Wishing you a healthier 2017 .

After almost 3 1/2 years with PMR (began at age 55), I am down to 2 mg and in no rush to reduce for a good while.

Happy memories of Canada! We had such a great time with you both and with Di and Jean in Vancouver!

Given your summer that is a very good achievement!!!!!
