thank you for your replays to my jaw problem.

i have been to my card making class hence the late reading of my mail.

yes Lynda I don't mind been called Maggie (my husband calls me Maggie May as we meet when rod stwert brought his song out.)

i are some lunch and it felt as my jaw ached ,and I have had some pain in my temple on a scale to ten, I would say five .

i took some paracetamol  after lunch it seemed to ease it, I take vit d, magnesium, but my doctor told me I eat enough calcium food without taking a tablet.

Also kefir as I read this us good, I drink miso soups.

EIleen I go away for two weeks to seahouses Northumberland and the nearest hospital is 50 miles away, so I will make an app with my doctor.

i don't have a date yet to see my rhymatologist so I think my doctor is best, but she's about as useful as a chocolate fire guard regarding pmr so I expect a battle.

many thanks to you all again

If you are at Seahouses and anything gets worse head for QE at Gateshead!!!! Because their rheumies are brilliant!

But if paracetamol helps it probably reduces the likelihood of GCA - painkillers rarely do anything for PMR or GCA.

Thank you, made a note of the hospital , I take it is the new one.

after tea tonight all I had was a pain at the front of my ear, and funny feelings in my eyes, but still will see my doctor, cannot reduce any further than 9mg so want a word about that.
