Thank you

I just want to thank all you ladies for making me feel like I'm not alone. I haven't really posted much but reading so many of the discussions and comments has really helped me mentally for the last year. I still struggle with so many symptoms but the worst have been numbness and tingling (sometimes all over), heart palpitations, GI issues (never experienced before), fatigue, RA symptoms have worsened, and anxiety through the roof (never suffered this before either) .........the list goes on.

Thanks for being here.

    Hello Sandra...

You're VERY welcome my dear. I'm glad, you can come to this forum and feel some sense of normalcy in these chaotic times. Regarding menopause, you are NEVAA alone, this, I guarantee! In the meantime between time, do the things that make you happy . You must teach yourself ways to to cope, during this tsunami. Suffice it to say, it does NOT go away quietly! That being said, be well, my menopausal sistah.

Thank you! Definitely focusing on positive, happy things helps on the hard days. My three grandchildren (twin girls and a boy - all born within 3 months of each other during CoVid) are my happy place. I also have a very supportive husband and 2 daughters and they just know when it's not a good day. I never thought at the age of 55 I'd be going to therapy and practicing mindfulness and meditation! The things we all have to do to stay sane! Thanks again my menopausal sistah!!

Thank you! It's so nice to know there are other women experiencing what I am. I don't seem to have any family or close friends that have struggled this bad with menopause. No one to talk to or share experiences with.

I completely understand! I have no one to talk to either. Finding this forum has been so helpful and comforting. Message me anytime! Together we will overcome these daunting menopausal changes. Hang in there!
