I wanted to say thank you to all the ladies who helped me thru the worst time of my life. you all werr here for me during anxiety health attacks and helped put my mind at ease many times. idk what i would have done without this group. i feel the past few weeks i have rounded a corner. idk if its cause i have accepted the symptoms or if its getting better cause it will be 1 yr this month it all started with horrible symtptoms. i know looking back i have prob been in past 2 yrs. ( i had partial hyster so cant fo by period ) but my head seems more clear which is prob the worst symtpm to deal with. anxiety, panic attacks? brain fog, pressure.. ext.. i still get anxiety but not near as bad. I hope you all are getting some relief too. thank you again.

    Oh Kim what a blessing! Im so glad that you are feeling better and that you are through the horrible time that you had. I pray for you daily smile Im thankful for all of you ladies as well. You all helped me through the bad times as well. You have a wonderful day! Take care!

    You sound just like me! I finally feel like I'm coming to the

    end of the road! Oh how I pray to GOD that this is so! This is my first full month without a period!😁 I'm so very happy! This last month my anxiety seemed a little more but

    for the most part I have handle it! This group of ladies has been a GOD sent to me! I so completely lost until I found them. Every system I have had I found someone on this panel with it! Good or bad it's been very helpful! Thanks ladies! Love ?? and 🤗!

    So glad you are feeling better, I too had terrible health anxiety, panic attacks etc. I had ovaries out just as I was hitting menopause and it hit me quite bad after, I feel better too but I still feel anxious at times but at least thankfully I dont wake up with the doom and gloom feeling that peri/meno brings, like a cloud sitting over us thank goodness for this site, without it I would have felt so alone but it gave me the knowledge to know that it is all normal in this transitional stage! Xx
