Hi Christian,
.
I think I can speak on behalf of all in the forum in saying we will be sad to see you go and have greatly appreciated and benefited from your amazing contribution, help and assistance to all and especially in my case!
.
Hopefully you might still take a peek from time to time if for nothing more than to keep abreast of any new developments or relevant issues that may be of interest? 😉
.
I'm due for my first IOL implant next week so I'm experiencing all the fear, trepidation and anxiety such a procedure and surgery elicits. However, I believe I'm far better informed, have so much more knowledge now and the support from the forum that I feel properly prepared for it. Far more so than I would have if I'd not found this amazing resource, great forum and wonderful participants!
.
So thanks again for your amazing contribution, help and assistance which has been invaluable. Farewell, take care and we wish you all the best. But let's never say never again! 😃
.
Kind regards,
.

I am truly saddened that you are leaving the forums. I have read your comments with interest and value your opinion. You've added so much here.
I wish you well and continued health. I must say though I have found for myself it is really hard to be done with it all. With this new diagnosis ERM i imagine I could be here awhile!
All the best Danish - I hope you will pop in here from time to time. We will miss you.

Danish, instead of leaving, you could go to settings and turn off e-mail notifications of new posts. Then you won't be tempted to come here every time there is a new post, but hopefully can still check in once in awhile and provide your input.
I just did that myself (change e-mail settings).I will check in on occassion and provide input where I think it may be helpful, occassionally updates on the thread I started about on my experience with the PanOptix, and learn from other people's experiences and posts.
Hope you will check in on occassion.

I understand, Viking! It does take time to give thorough replies. But we can take comfort in knowing that you have helped many people with your objective and informative posts. And hopefully many of those posts will remain online for quite some time, so that future folks will be able to benefit.
I wonder if you kill your account if that deletes your posts? Hope not. Otherwise, maybe you could take the suggestion to just turn off email notifications instead.
Best wishes for a magnificent future!:))
