That's live in head of my penis what's that ?

ghi guys.

Long time ago i had a sex with a girl without protection, was like 18 months ago after maybe a week or two after that infection , the head of penis cover fully at something white , then like living bubbles on the top , doctor gave me some antibiotics to kill it, it helps but just for 7 months and then come back now is no smell no pain no itch but looks terrible and its changing every they once looks better once worse what is that?

do you guys have any ideas ?

    The photos do not show anything unusual. What you are saying is that the general colouration of the head of the penis changing, in that, sometimes some areas have a general white appearance, and at other times a normal pinkish appearance. Is that right?

    streaks, grooves at the first pics , they are disappearing and comming back , previously i had just normal pink penis now every day is diffrent , one time is sticky red dots , other time super dry, and cracked head od penis , dont know what i can do with this thats comes and gone , its kind of fungal for sure maybe not strong but it is that infection is really tricky , one day its so bad othe is better , after night with strong alcohol looks really bad, and when my body is tired

    you damaged your penis so refrain from anything sexual. wash your penis with water only! the dots may be irritation or they may be an infection either way soap is killing "good" bacteria and letting in bad bacteria. washing with soap is the only way you should ever wash.

      thanks for that, yes you should never wash with soap. I may have gotten a little turned around in my words
