The capsule didn't dissolve inside my vagina

Hello, my capsule that I put in at night before bed isn't dissolving in my vagina. Maybe I have put it too far in?? I am not sure. When I the next day to pee I noticed that My underwear had no residue or stains from the capsule. Then I put my finger inside and I could still feel the capsule. I have to insert another one in but I don't if I should because the other still hasn't dissolve. So should I wait until the other fully dissolves or can I put it in now ? And I realised that it is also making my vagina dryer on the inside.
