The day after

Hi everyone. I'm brand new here. Looking for some advice/feedback. I'm a 34 yr old male. I like my beer and I would say I am a moderate drinker. I've gone years in between drinking, and I don't consider it to be a problem really, however, almost every time I have 8-10 beers, the next day is awful. I wake up with a pounding heartbeat, and I have trouble breathing. I can't seem to get a deep breath. I have numbness in my arm sometimes, and a sinking feeling in my chest, like I am exhaling, but I am not. I'm not incredibly thirsty, but I usually drink some water as soon as I wake. Sometimes I have a burning sensation in my throat, and a little light headedness. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this? Its been going on for about 10 years, and I should mention it's ONLY the day after. Is it dehydration? Electrolyte imbalance? An allergy to the ingredients in beer? Or should I be more worried? Thanks for any feedback.
