Hey There, ALL..

Do any of you LOVELY ladies experience anxiety, nervousness, racing and negative thoughts... when you all wake up? I have been experiencing these atrocities for the past two weeks, every morning, and they are debilitating, to say the least!! Now, I will say this, by late afternoon those UNNERVING symptoms seem to subside somewhat, and I am able to FUNCTION!! The bottom line is this: I don't want to spend my days waiting for the afternoons to get here, so that I can breathe a sigh of relief!! It's TOO MUCH!! Tell me your thoughts, and be well, my menopausal sistahs.

    Yes, yes, and yes. 😢

Not every day, but today was a bad one. Well, this morning - always the worst. Negative thoughts, doubts, guilt, EXTREME fear, racing thoughts, worried about sleep, everything seems hopeless, burning and prickly skin on tops of feet, sometimes legs, the list goes on.

And if you sleep in and wake up later than usual, guess what. ^ These will all just hit you later in the day, and nighttime will be when it lifts. If you're lucky. It doesn't always lift.

Also, this whole thing can get ramped up after a nap.

    WHAT is it?????

    Cortisol? Adrenaline?

And WHY am I still rocking on a boat?

At least that's what it feels like. Used to be every day, now it's every 2-3 days.. maybe a ray of hope?

    I don't know.

I just know God will get us through.

I am 2 yrs post - NO symptoms until periods stopped.

    Feel better soon Viv

YES, YES, YES to ALL the above!!!!!

It is so unnerving never knowing from one day to the next how you are going to wake up feeling. I can not plan on anything because I never know how I am going to feel.

    I so HATE Post Menopause!!!!!
