The limitations from all types of arthritis doesn't have to define our days.

With PsA we are all too aware of our limitations. All too often we focus on things we can no longer do. Sometimes it's good to put things in perspective. The truth is, most of us can do an awful lot. Even those of us who are severely debilitated still accomplish things every day, and we should be proud of that fact.

Maybe you ran 2 miles, great! Maybe you dressed yourself without help, great! Maybe today was the first day you gave yourself a shot, or finally visited a rheumatologist. Whatever challenged you today, and you did it, I want to know!

No matter how big or small... how did you beat PsA today?

I don't want to hear what you couldn't do. I already know that. I want to hear what you COULD do.

Don't be shy! Share with others !

Have a wonderful day!

I went sailing this morning and then decided to paint the little outdoor bistro set. I didn't do a perfect job.........too many little wooden pieces. But it was wonderful to be brain dead for a couple hours.

Tomorrow morning, like EVERY morning, little Zsa Zsa will take me for a long walk. This little rescued dog MAKES me get up off my rear end and move it!
