The pandemic has compounded my not properly diagnosed neurological problem

I'm into my 5th year(I think) of no real diagnosis - I can only make my own assumptions.I have pain and weakness in one leg, mainly the foot and also the same side of my lower back. The symptoms are always there but there is a predictable variation in exactly where I feel the pain or weakness over each day. Weight bearing exacerbates everything. My pain symptoms settle in bed at night and as long as I don't lie on that side too much any weakness is less noticeable. At 62 I was once a very fit and active person and wake up feeling fine in myself but am having to pace my activities in order to avoid my symptoms.Walking and standing are my worst things and I usually try to rest in 10 minute intervals.Cycling is possible but if I do too much my pain is bad the next day.I have begun to do Qigong in the Lockdown and can manage about half an hour. I feel so alone and confused. The NHS was not properly listening before, I presume because I didn't fit their treatable categories. I had a little hope as the lockdown approached as I had just attended an interview with Pain Management at a neurological hospital and was expecting to attend the course it offered. I'm not sure what caused my problem- whether it was the injured foot 5 years ago or the nerve pain in my back which MRIs found only minimal cause for...or my troubled mind which dealt badly with the strange and weird symptoms.
Does anyone relate to this? I don't know where to turn next. The GP said she thought things "might change" in the next couple of weeks regarding non covid related conditions. I'd appreciate any comment or help on any of the things I have said.

FELT THE SAME WAY FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND I FOUND OUT I HAVE A SLIGHTLY BACK PROBLEM ON MY LOWER SPINE WITH L2 AND L3, SO THE GAP FOR THOSE LITTLES BONES THAT SUPPORTS YOUR BACK ARE ESSENCIAL TO MAINTAIN A POSTURE WITHOUT PAIN,,,THE OTHER THING YOU MIGHT HAVE IS LACK OF CARTILAGE ON YOUR FEET OR MAYBE YOUR HIP, SINCE THAT CAUSES PAIN AT NIGHT AS WELL. CHECK WITH XRAYS AND LET ME KNOW AFTERWARDS
