The risk of living with anal fistula?

I am a 25 male who formed an anal fistula about a year ago from serve constipation as a kid. In that year I have had two surgeries to fix it and neither seemed to work. After the second one I switched jobs in a different city and wasn’t able to go back to the doctors.  I can tell it is still there because it can itch from time to time and sometimes when I wipe there will be some blood. It does not affect my every day life and I have been watching it closely and it has not gotten worse. What am I risking by living with a fistula? Surgery does not seem to be working and it isn’t causing me any major problems. Thank you for any information!

Doesn't continuous drainage, wearing a gauze 24/7, abscesses and fevers bother you?

If you leave it totally unattended it can get worse.

Pick a good CRS and go for it again.
