The skin in the tip of my penis has always formed these little pockets. Ever since I was little I never really questioned it and I avoided it at all of my physicals, and my partner does not care about it but she is as curious as I am. Ive always thought it had something to do with me being born 10 weeks early. Can anyone help me??

Hi,
Your foreskin has never detached from the glands completely (normally this happens as a boy). The 'pockets' are where it's separated farer back.
Basically if it's not causing you trouble, then do nothing & keep this unique look.
At face value it should have nothing to do with being a premature baby, but you do make me wonder!
