The story so farr

Hi Guys;

I'm 34 years old; i would see myself as a fit outgoing guy with loads of energy and a real morning person.

In march last year i probably had corona; Why i know is that i lost my complete sense of smell and taste. (I know this is not the corona topic). After some weeks of taking it easy; i felt good again. The only problem was that my smell never came back 😦

at the end of april i suddenly felt extreme tired and could not get out of my bed. After some weeks i went to the doctor to have my blood tested. He could see that i've had mono virus and my levels of vitamin b12 and D were to low. He told me; that it's normal that i am feeling so off and i need to give it some weeks.

Currently i'm having injections to get my B12 levels up again but i don't feel any better when i've had a injection. Every day i wake up tired and i can't really enjoy having a beer or spending time with my friends.

If it is up to me i would rather stay inside an rest all day long. I'm feeling really down and i'm afraid this will take me at least a year to recover.

  • does anybody had b12 injections after the monovirus? Did they work for you?
  • Did anybody loose their smell and taste (so it was possibly not corona?)

Are there any tips to feel better? i read about the brainfogs here; this is also were i can relate to.

Goodluck to everybody at this forum; this is a really F'up disease:(
