The swelling is getting out of hand

i had a small under the skin sore and swelling on the side of my penis head. i attempted to pop it with pressure and nothing came of it. yhe next day there was massive swelling in tye foreskin area below the sore area on the head. i went into urgent care and had the examine it . the tested for stds and gave me three different antibiotic injections. cefTRAXone, doxycycline, and penicillin.

10 hours later ans the swelling has gotten significantly worse. do i go back to emergency room or do i wait it out. the swelling is the whole penis now
