The Whittington Hospital cancelled my ENT appointment for 05.01.2021 I then received a letter from them saying they have a DNA policy which (Did not attend) therefore I would not be offered another appointment?

Phone them and say exactly what you have said here. There should be a phone number on the letters. This may be just a computer error. Dont leave it or you may not get another appointment. You could also try phoning the Consultants secretary if you have no luck. Lots of appointments are being cancelled at the moment due to Covid, and Hospitals trying to keep patients to the absolute minimum.
