Ideal category :D

It has taken a year and 4mths, with a major blip in the middle whilst on second honeymoon, to go from obese to ideal and this morning I have just made it.

Still feel as if I need to lose a few more pounds, and seriously would like a tummy tuck as now have some hanging skin and my legs are still quite big but having already discussed that with the nurse I know that's not going to happen unless we pay privately and to be honest money is better off spent in other area's.

So girls it can be done and it does feel G R E A T x

Wow Suza that is brilliant! :!:

I thought i was doing well I'm 5ft 5 and gone from just under 17 stone to under 13 stone so still got a long way to go but have been told I can o :D :D :D nly stay on them til my BMI is 28 and no longer than a year and a half so I'll not be any where near ideal.

I crown you Miss Skinny 2011 You truely are inspirational :!:

So for the record and if you don't mind sharing to encourage others on this site including me

How much did you weigh? What was your BMI 16 months ago What size was you?

    And

What do you weigh now? What is your bmi now? and what is your BMI now?

    Congratulations again :D :D

    thank you so much.

well I can only give rough estimates as hubby in his wisdom throw away my note pad with all the proper figures in it

I weighed around the 12stone 10lbs and I think my BMI was around 32. I'm only 5ft tall

My weight now is 9stone 6lbs and BMI is 24.89 so nearly 3 1/2 stone.

I was in size 16/18 clothes and now in size 12.

Since New Year haven't really used the tablets very much so am thrilled that I can still lose the weight by just sticking to the fat allowance allowed on them and I have only just discovered how yummy meringue nests with fresh fruit and activia yoghurt is. :D

I put my success down to the support of the nurse at the doctors who has helped and advised me every step of the way, the fact that I found changing my eating habits really easy as there are so many low fat options out there and the support, encouragement, advise and just the responses you get from here.

You are all inspirational and fantastic ladies and a few gents, who freely discuss the problem we all have and ways to overcome it, I couldn't of done it without this place and we all deserve a group hug and I really hope that anyone having a bit of a rough time at the moment or doubts reads this and realise there is light at the end of the tunnel you just have to hold you head up high, focus on it and just go for it.
