The worst stomach pains

Hi guys. So I'm 18, female, I have ASD, BPD depression anxiety. Due to BPD, I tend to over-eat especially binge eat a LOT. I'm lactose intolerent and my safe food is chocolate so I guess this could be causing my stomach pains. So basically ive had bad stomach ache for years and doctors havent found anything. They tried endoscopy, ultrasounds and thats about it. I'm on omeprazole 40mg for this. But sometimes, like tonight, I just can't eat. The sight, the thought, the smell of food is making me close to vomit (sitting next to a vomit bowl bc its that bad). I'm starting to think if they cant find anything physical it must be mental. I'm gonna go back and query more tests because right now i literally cant even breath without feeling the urge to puke. I forgot to mention ive just finished a course of antibiotics for an infection, maybe this is causing it? If anyone knows what may be causing this stomach pain (yes i ate chocolate earlier, so maybe its the lactose?) pls drop a comment. Could I take an additional 20mg omeprazole? i feel so bad i cant even eat my dinner.

I have a skin complaint and my skin on my torso gets really itchy, they suggest it is all to do with my skin. Had it for ages and there are no marks to show any irritation.
All very strange
Have you had any tests ?

Really sorry to hear you have had pain for years and they can’t locate the problem.
Firstly I know this is not what you want to hear but if you are lactose intollarant then you need to think about changing the chocolate you eat, you can get bars that are lactose free and many of the dark chocolate bars contain little or no lactose but dark chocolate can be an acquired taste.
With your omeprazol if you are on 40 mg then I think this is the maximum dose you can take, do you take it in the morning with your breakfast.?
Your pain, is it in your stomach or lower down on your abdomen???.
Just trying to get a clear picture of where you pain is, and is it only when you eat chocolate.?

Hiya thanks for your reply. I got a doctor to call me back today. Shes ordering a blood test and a review. Yeah I'll try but its so random like i wake up in the middle of the night with sick in my mouth and during the day just by drinking squash/water. I eat unhealthily but healthily? Like I snack (sometimes i don't because i feel too ill). But I generally have healthy dinners and lunches. I drink just squash no fizzies. I was on flucloxicillin, and because I had an open wound which got infected.

I have to say I can’t think of any real reason behind the pain your having other than your locatose issue and you eating chocolate. With the food you normally eat do you check for any lactose products as it’s surprising how many have it in them.
Sorry I can’t suggest anything else but if they do find the reason it would be interesting to find out.
I hope they source the issue for you.
Regards.

Yes I have Colonoscopy Quite regular. It is all to do in my case with my medications. Generally I am told if there was any problems. Sometimes they can perform various procedures at time of examination and would tell you what they have do to you, Also the primary test results can be given after examination.
If you ever have a repeat test, you can ask for a Sedation. it relaxes you and you do not remember the actual test
