I took Theraflu (the one containing paracetamol + phenylephrine hydrochloride) on Sunday at 4:00 PM and 9:30 PM, as well as on Monday at 12:00 PM and 5:30 PM. What is the recommended waiting time before consuming alcohol?

While you are taking this medication you should not be drinking alcohol at all. Wait until you have finished taking it, and leave 24 hours after the last dose.
