There are black lumps in my throat

I don't know if there's a way i can attach a picture, which would be better, but im 17 years old and female and i have black lumpy things on each side of my throat (maybe my tonsils but i'm not sure). It doesn't hurt too much but my ears are blocked. Do i need to see a doctor or will it go away? Thank you smile

    Looks like some irritation maybe. Just go get it checked out. Will Give you some peace of mind..I also have a darkness in way back if each side in mine, but I do have acid reflux so hopefully it's just from irritation..
