There are two lumps under my skin

I do not have a medical history for my case this is my first time so I started developing this lump and it has been there for more than 2 years I could not really recall how long has it been there but its been there for quite a few. It locates under the skin of my butt cheek and grow in sizes from 1 to 1.5cm. It has been harmless so far but it just got me worried one day and feel like I should get professional help.

Second, I have also developed a lump near my groin which locates underneath my pubic area a small lump of a size of 1cm. This lump sometimes secretes blood and becomes a little painful before it secretes blood. But other time it is harmless. Also been there for more than a year, I lost count tbh.

Should I be worried?
