There are white swirls in my urine and it’s sometimes bubbly or frothy!!!

in about June of this year i noticed itchy around my urethra(male) and a red spot on the head. over time it got worse until i started experiencing nearly daily genital discharge(foul smelling). also a degree of urinary retention (could not fully empty bladder in one go)

i eventually went to the doctor and they said it didnt look like a UTI and so they took a urine sample and gave me antifungal cream for the red spot. the urine tests came back totally normal

in the month since that appointment i've experience what looks like mucus in my semen that had gotten very visable but is now barely visable at all. the antifungal didnt get rid of the spot but i was generally feeling better. until about two weeks ago i started noticing swirls of white stuff in my urine, sometimes large strands, sometimes small particles. it is also sometimes slightly foamy.

does anyone share my symptoms, i'm at a loss here!!

    You need a a urine microscopic exam. Mostly they just do the dipsticks. Also did you have blood work (CBC,BMP)? Check for autoimmune disorders.
