It would be best to make sure.  It could be anything or nothing.  If you can go to a family doctor or your 18 go to a clinic Ken

You need to be on a PC or laptop to add pictures.  If you are, then you should see some extra icons towards the top right of where you type, and the right hand icon (which I think is supposed to look like the sun over hills) will add images.

The pic I've attached here shows the icons:

Honey, in all honesty, I am not a doctor and I have not had the same experience.  However, my partner seems to come up with a lot of bumps and skin conditions that I do not.  So I have observed many and helped him look at them and decide what to do.  If you are not sexually active, then, of course, it is not any kind of STD.  So, it can be just a bump, cyst, or another lesion.  None of those things is any cause for shame or embarrassment.  If it is causing you pain or soreness when you masturbate then you are irritating it... not a surprise.  If it is not growing or causing pain when you don't masturbate or otherwise touch yourself, then it may be something simple.  If that's the case, you can bring it up when you are in the doctor's office for any other reason.  Men have these things and it's nothing you need to worry that you caused... skin issues just happen.  Moles, acne, cysts just happen.  There is nothing you could have done to cause or prevent this, so consider it nothing more than a pimple on your nose and ask for help to see if it needs to be removed or if it will go away over time.  Removal can be a simple lancing or burning off with a laser.  I remember when I was your age I had a huge festering looking thing in my pubic hair above my penis.  It was sore and I was scared but went to the doctor.  It was nothing more than an ingrown hair and he lanced it in a few seconds... zip, over and done.  Chances are that over your life you will encounter other embarrassing situations... an STD, hemorrhoid, or whatever.  there is no shame... it is simply life.  No one expects you to not have sex and not always be 100% safe or some other thing happens.  That's not real life for most of us.  So decide if you are uncomfortable to go immediately to a doc, or wait until you need a flu shot or something.  It's your dick, not a creature from the lagoon... relax and take care of yourself.  It's probably nothing, but no matter, it is life.  Don't wait if it is causing pain or open festering.  It's okay.  You are a man, and things happen to men's dicks that are not better or worse than a pimple or ingrown hair on your ear or nose.  It's okay.  Good luck amigo.
