There is a small spot on my penis that is discolored. I've been having anxiety about it.

Below the tip, there's a small circle of discoloration. imageMy memory isn't the best, so I don't remember how long its been there. Maybe a few months. I do remember that area was white and was a bit flakey. I think I either removed the flake or I licked my thumb and kind of gently rubbed the area and it was gone. I never felt any pain or discomfort or itch from it. I just noticed it one day.

Some key things i should message is; I am a chronic masturbator(hypersexual). Multiple times a day and use to masturbate dry. Recently I'm using lube and a pocket toy because I believe the dryness and using my grip has caused me to lose some sensation when I actually do have sex.

I do have OCD and I developed hypochondria and this has been making my anxiety go up. I just want to figure this out and see if this is something I need to worry about and go see a doctor. Or if its nothing to worry about.
