There is a tiny black little spot/circle in the center of my vision

i can see the black spot best at night but is still there during the day. I feel like i got them a year ago when i was using a magnifying glass to start a fire and some people on the internet say that if u stare on the surface of the thing u are setting on fire it can damage your eyes. Is this spot a macular hole or some kind of damage to my eyes and if it is can it be healed? also it always stays in the exact same spot in the centre of my vision.
