There is a whistle coming from my lungs at the end of breathing out! What should I do?

Due to dry cought, a doctor gave me Budezonid LEK-AM but I saw thats for asthma and never in my life I had asthma. After two days of inhaling it I realized I was taking double to triple dose than normal and then I noticed this whistle while breathing out and am really concerned about that . What should i do?

Thank you in advance!

    Hi Jason

** This sounds like a vocal cord dysfunction.**

Do you choke sometimes when eating ?

or do you choke and cough while eating liquids like soup?

    I would have that checked

    I've had this.

Ive never had these kind of problems while swallowing liquids. The phenomeno started 3 days ago with the first use of this Polish inhaling Medicine for asthma but as I mentioned I dont have asthma. So its probably my body reaction to overdosing of this medicine but I still cant find anywhere consequences or what to do without visiting a hospital (its weekend and a bit difficult) .

      Thank you for your time!

Hi there, I had dry coughs on and off for over a year and half, unfortunately my doctor couldn't find out why and instead of sending me for chest x-ray after having the condition for that long, she sent me for allergy test and asthma test which both were negetive, not knowing that the cough had something to do with my lung which collapsed twice since Nov! Just ask for chest x-ray and take the coughing very seriously if it doesn't go way!
