there is small lump on my anus..it doesn't hurt that much and little bit litchy.i need suggestions asap

      generally nothing they often go away by themselves unless its causing any pain etc leave it be

      theres creams u can buy or get prescribed for the itching if its annoying but most often than not they go away by themselves

    Yes they do go away on there own. If it bothers you they do have the creams but if that does not help they do have suppository that will work. You may have to heal it from the inside out.

    Hi alex,

    Agree with kim, this is a large haemorrhoid. It's usually the result of being constipated and straining excessively to open your bowels. You need to improve your diet by having more fibre in your diet (fruit and veg) and going to the toilet regularly.
