there’s a bump at the top of my buttcrack and it really hurts please help

hi im 16, have this really sharp pain at the top part of my buttcrack and its sort of like a bump also. before it showed up it was kinda itchy but wasnt bad so i didnt think much of it. now im in so much pain it hurts to sit and lay down in any way. of course im going to tell my mom but its saturday and the doctors office is closed. what can i do to make it feel better i want to cry so bad it hurts.

    is it fine if i go to the ER for this like anything i do hurt, even thinking about it.
