There's nothing they can do

Over a year ago I experienced a slap tear....didn't cause a ton of problems....then a year ago I fell on my shoulder and had terrible pain....had 3 MRIs, x ray, 3 steroid injections....was diagnosed with frozen shoulder...the previous 2 injections didn't work but this last one I think I felt relief...hard to say because at the time I felt like I was getting a little bit better.
Now post 6 weeks injection and doctor told me there is nothing they can do for me. He said my frozen shoulder is gone, and doesn't see any structural damage. I've done PT for over a year and nothing.
For the past 3 weeks or so I've been great....actually felt normal! I painted for an afternoon and by the next evening back in both shoulders is back. What to do? See another doctor....idk.....it's anterior shoulder pain, increases when lifting

I would definitely get a second opinion. I've had 4 labral tears and sometimes it's better to see a different doctor to get their opinion. Frozen shoulder is often diagnosed when something else is causing the issues. Look around your area for the best shoulder specialist and not just an orthopedic. Someone who just does shoulders or just the upper extremities.
