There's something wrong with my brain.

Let me preface this by saying that I've gone to the ER for this once already. I had a CT scan that came back normal. They gave me a benadryl shot, a toradol shot, and a reflux (Robaxin?) shot. They didnt explain why. They did no blood work and sent me home with a Toradol prescription. And told me to follow up with my neurologist.
My neurologist is a) refusing to do any labs b) prescribing me meds (MORE toradol 50 mg 1x day for 7 days and 4 mg Decadron w 3 pills only) despite me not actually getting to talk to HER, not her nurses c) hasn't actually shown up to the last 3-4 appointments (so 1-2 years) and just sent a nurse.
I dont know what the decadron is for.
My GP cant do anything because this is supposed to be my neuro's job.
My medical history and prescriptions will be posted below my current concern/symptoms because of length.
I'm a 23 y/o F, 280 lbs, 5 ft 6 in from Alabama, USA. I don't smoke, drink, or do any drugs not prescribed to me.
My symptoms for my current concern started on 4/16, and I was able to make a timeline of my symptoms with help, because I don't remember a majority of the time from when I got sick up to right now.
Started 4/16
Symptoms: low fever (99.9) cough, confusion, vomiting, nausea, headache, mild hallucinations, memory loss, extreme twitchyness when falling asleep, distorted vision, fatigue, not a complete loss of coordination but I stumble, list to the side while attempting to walk, and have poor balance
4/17:hallucinations, headache and memory worsen, tested for flu (negative) and covid, went to er for shortness of breath, chest xray was clear, still had a low fever, no vomiting but persistent nausea, fatigue, balance and coordination stay the same
4/18: headache and memory worsen, no nausea or vomiting, now continuously taking tylenol to combat the pain of the headache so no more fever. Hallucinations go away, but the vision distortion remains. Still fatigued. I stumble a bit less.
4/19: headache and memory worsen. Pain goes from 6 to a 7 as the day progresses. Vision distortion is no longer constant, only when experiencing spikes of pain from headache. Still fatigued. Coordination is worse, running into things or knocking stuff over.
4/20: headache debilitating, memory problems continue, still have a slight cough, received negate covid 19 result, still fatigued. Balance and coordination are the same.
I kinda stopped taking/forgot to keep daily notes but my symptoms stabilized at this point. I have the headache, memory problems (I completely forget what I'm doing and when I got where I am), still have a cough, it takes me a few tries to grab things and i drop things more often, I can't understand what people are saying sometimes (i can hear them clearly but I have no idea what the sounds they're making mean), I'm extremely fatigued, and I'll have spells where I just kinda stare at nothing and not think about anything.
My current headache pain is at a 9 without toradol
The best way I can describe the headache is it feels like someone with hands made of acid is holding my brain and squeezing, while a knife is lodged in the middle from front to back.
It feels /completely/ different to my intracranial hypertension migraines.
Existing conditions: Endometriosis, PCOS, POTS, intracranial hypertension, regular hypertension, psoriatic arthritis
Current Medications:
Venlafaxine 150 mg antidepressant
Atenolol 25 mg beta blocker
Lisinopril 20 mg high blood pressure
Ambien 10 mg sleep
Seroquel 25 mg sleep
EZFE 200 mg iron every other day
Nikki .3 mg birth control for endometriosis and pcos
B-12 3000 once a week
As needed:
Alprazolam .5 mg anxiety
Tl;dr I'm a 23 y/o with the worst headache of my life, and memory, cognition, and coordination problems that are not only severely impacting my life but are really really scary

Not sure what is going on, but one avenue you may want to look into is the meds you are on, serequel, ambien, alpaz, venla-- all can have inter dose withdrawal, tolerance, etc.. please search other forums specific to thise drugs/ antidepressant forums and perhaps get some feedback. just a thought- when i was prescribed antidepressants and sleep meds i suffered from periodic debilitating migraines, brain fog, memory issues, -- just an avenue to look into. good luck and keep us posted.

At 25 years old, I have something similar to you. I have memory loss both short term mostly but occasionally long term. I have a facial tic that causes my jaw to crack and move, its a habit i've developed. I also suffer from brain fog and have been noting these symptoms going on for quite some time. I am also on medications for anxiety and depression which help me somewhat. I suffered a minor bleeding hemorrage at 18 which has healed as my doctors told me and didnt notice any effects until 2015 when I was admitted to a hospital where i think they misdiagnosed me with depression as I was undergoing a panic attack or mental breakdown in the emergency room and was simply full of nerves. My mind is often empty of thoughts and I used to have racing thoughts but theyve stopped for the last couple of years. As someone who is attending college this is something I am terrified of and I am looking to see a neurologist as soon as this Covid19 lockdown ends. My recent visits to the doctor and the imaging tests they have ordered for me have shown that nothing is serious other than a pineal cyst in the brain that they say is harmless. I'm on Clonazepam and fluoxetine.
