It looks like a staph infection. As a first aid remedy you can try swabbing the area with apple cider vinegar but if it starts to spread or it doesnt clear and/or you start to feel unwell then you should see your doctor. You may need something more powerful. A skin condition like this can be very infectious so no skin to skin contact with anyone until this heals and clears. Make sure your hands are washed often. You could tape a loose cotton dressing over it to absorb any pus or fluid but change it often and then discard.
