theyre on a few other fingers too i just wanna know what it is and if its anything to worry about

I can't tell you for sure, but judging by the appearance and the fact that it has spread to other fingers, it could be a fungus.
You should see a dermatologist to be sure what it is and to receive the appropriate treatment if necessary.
