These lumps keep getting bigger, what are they?

I noticed 1 small lump about a year ago (after giving birth), it was about the size of a pea. Now there are 2 lumps and they keep getting bigger. I'm not in any pain, but I do get a feeling of a lot of pressure down there sometimes. Getting an appointment with the GP would be a miracle at the moment, so in the meantime I wondered if anyone else has experienced this, or knows what they could be? Could they be Bartholin cysts? image
