These red pin prick spots are developing on my legs/ feet, what are they?

I am scared in case it is meningitis or septicemia.

There is no picture so they could be anything. As you dont mention itching I assume they dont itch.
I doubt if they are meningitis as you would be feeling quite ill.
They could be a symptom of so many things,some quite simple like vitamin deficiency,but as they are on your legs and feet you should seek professional help as soon as you can.
