They diagnosed me with iron deficiency anemia but my iron levels are normal.

Hello

I have been having recently those symptoms:

fatigue , muscle pain, pain in ribs (front and back), sun allergy, bruising, difficulty breathing, hair loss

I have been in several doctors and they diagnosed me with iron deficiency anemia

my hemoglobin is 10

firittin - 10

low LDH , MCH, HCT

and Iron tests are all normal and i have tested the 3 times for the last 6 months

thyroids , liver function is all normal

I would like to get a second opinion couse my treatment is to take Iron and is it ok to take it when my iron levels are normal?

    You need to be more clear with the information a 10 could mean anything we need the measurement type.

    is firittin suppose to be ferritin?

    If you can provide the information more clearly and some other medical details about yourself others will be able to give some advice.
