They're back!

Ok so last year I suffered with palps pretty much none stop between January and July. I had ECG's and a 24 holter monitor all coming back clear as well as blood tests. The palps went away in the July however they've reared their ugly head again this weekend and it's put me into a spiral of misery again. The only condition I suffer from is PCOS but I'm not sure if they're linked. I'm also feeling tired and have a headache today which is making me worry more.

Kate, you sound so worried, but you are not alone with these things. Try to think about what you might have done or perhaps eaten before the weekend, something that could have been a bit different than what you have been doing while your palps did not occur. If you could isolate your triggers, then you are some way to reducing these things. Good luck with it, Lizzie

Thanks Lizzie, it's just so unnerving and it stops me in my tracks and makes me feel like I can't do anything just in case it makes them worse. I've not done or eaten anything any differently over the last few weeks so I can't even pinpoint a potential trigger. The only thing I can link it to is possibly my hormones, I've booked an appointment with my GP this week to have a chat with her about it.
