Thin urine stream after estriol cream application?

I remember years ago when I used to take Estrace (vaginal insertion) that it felt like my vagina had expanded inside -was "puffy- a nd when I urinated the stream would be very thin as they (urethra/bladder and vagina)are all smoodged in there very closely together.

Anyone else notice this?

I had it again last night and, after drinking a fair amount of water today - 4 or 5 cups - the stream is still very thin and doesn't start up for about 20 seconds after I sit down.

...something new to worry about....
